On Monday, January 21, American Clubs - Ukraine invite to join the Martin Luther King, Jr. Day activities - either by organizing public events in the memory of MLK, or simply by serving to your community.
Martin Luther King, Jr. is best known as the most prominent American leader in the African American civil rights movement in the United States and around the world. The 1964 Nobel Peace Prize Laureate promoted civil rights by following the great Mahatma Gandhi’s teachings of non-violence.
American Clubs can have a screening of movies on MLK, his speeches, and discuss them later in in-formal settings.
